Watercolours look so much better in person... darn it.
This is my entry for Slinker's latest contest, this time one's self as a Wammy house child, although Torrent may or may not actually resemble me in any way. Wish me luck!

Although some amount of text is sure to follow, I do suggest reading, as the character will not be properly understood without it.

Alias; Torrent (T)
In line for the title of L; 1st (will be explained bellow)
Inheritance From L; no shoes, eyebrows, or social standards, bags under eyes.
Actual Name; He's misplaced it.
Age; Somewhere between 1 and 100, probably around the vicinity of 16.
Height; 157 cm without hair interference
Weight; 44 kg
Other Oddities; wears clothing much too large for him and always with a ridiculously long scarf, never seen actually eating but may be caught with a box of crackers up his sleeve from time to time, enjoys perching, relatively paranoid.

Torrent was first in line for consideration of the title of L, but his personality disorders kept him from receiving the position. To be specific, at the time of the "Mello, Near, how would you two like to be L" conversation with Roger, Torrent was in a tree pondering the true nature of 6 multiplied by 7 and could not be found. Torrent was an oddity even in the Wammy house, anti-social to the point that most of the other children knew nothing of his existence. His thought process is obscenely abnormal, with the twisted logic of someone not bound by any concern for reality. A creative genius, or perhaps a fortunate lunatic, or quite possibly a mixture of the two. Kinda' like Lewis Carroll. In any case, unlike Mello and Near, he is not driven by either cold facts or his own emotions, save only his amusement. Rather, he finds the minds of others to be seemingly endlessly intriguing. Paying minimal heed to facts, Torrent will instead study the criminal himself. Consequently, he will 99% of the time be certain of the suspect's next movement before the thought ever occurs to that suspect.
