I found this bird and through it a very poignant image. The delicacy is stirring in itself, but its identity as irrevocably dead is even more. With the cow skull I found a physical record of the life and death of that animal. Here, I found something much closer to the border.

I decided to put the red in about 40 minutes ago. I'm glad that I did. It activates the otherwise dead space really well.
